Willy Wood
Vocals/ Guitar
Got my first
guitar at age 9 - A Sears Acoustic. I learned a few chords from the man up the street {Thanks Ernie!} and went from
there. At 18, I was introduced to the music of Waylon and Willie, and got hooked. About that same time,
I started listening to Dan Fogelberg, among others. There have been many since, opening my ears to many styles of playing.
Doug Decker
Vocals/Guitar
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Doug has been singing and playing all of his life.
Someday he may get it right. Doug has been a part of many groups throughout the years, including “The Otego Creek Gang”,
“Jimmy & The Bush Dogs”, “Miss Kitty’s Headaches”, “The Rhythm Rats”, “Rebound”,
“Cheers” and “The Rolling Stones” (Just seeing if you’re paying attention)
Doug has had the pleasure of being on stage with such performers as George Jones, Ray Stevens,
Lacy J. Dalton, Collin Raye, Confederate Railroad and “The Lovin’ Spoonful”
Johnny Banks
Percussionist Extraordinaire
Johnny moved to Upstate from New York City in the late 80’s and
New York’s loss was Upstate’s gain. His constant tempo, tasteful playing and
positive outlook on life make Johnny one of the most sought after percussionists today.
